Patricia Hart is Associate General Counsel specializing in litigation management, copyright and trademark protection, health care law and corporate transactions. Ms. Hart received her B.A. degree from Washington University and her J.D. from Saint Louis University School of Law.
Ms. Hart began her legal career as a Law Clerk to The Honorable Kent Karohl with the Missouri Court of Appeals. Ms. Hart worked in the healthcare field for several years serving as Associate General Counsel for BlueCross BlueShield of Missouri and for Saint Louis University. Most recently Ms. Hart was a partner at Thompson Coburn, LLP in St. Louis, Missouri where she specialized in corporate healthcare.
Patricia Hart is a member of the Missouri Bar, Illinois State Bar Association, American Bar Association, Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, Women Lawyers of St. Louis, the National Association of College and University Attorneys and the American Health Lawyers Association.
