Mission Statement
The mission of the Office of the Executive Vice Chancellor and General Counsel is to preserve the University's assets against attack to assure maximum support for education, research, and patient care; safeguard the University's autonomy in education, research, and patient care decision-making; and obtain best value for the University in the negotiation of commercial and business relationships with third parties.
