Ms. Braun is Assistant Vice Chancellor and Associate General Counsel specializing in healthcare regulatory issues, managed care contracting issues, employee benefits, planned giving, tax and exempt organization issues, faculty practice plan and healthcare provider affiliation matters. She received her B.A. degree from the University of Missouri – Columbia and her J.D. from Washington University School of Law.
Prior to joining the Office of the Executive Vice Chancellor and General Counsel, Ms Braun was a partner at Thompson Coburn, LLP in St. Louis, Missouri and prior to that she was an associate at Lewis, Rice & Fingersh, L.C.
Ms. Braun is a member of the American Bar Association, the Missouri and Illinois Bar Associations, the American Health Lawyers Assocation, and the St. Louis Health Lawyers Association.
